I almost wish I could live within walking distance of Chopstick House. I don't say this without lots of thought, but this may be the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. Wife had orange chicken, and I had chicken with vegetables, and they cheerfully accommodated a special request I made. The food is so fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked! And did I say inexpensive? I'm from out of town, but oh, what a jewel you have here.

    This place was...fine.

    We ordered:
    - Roast Pork Fried Rice
    - Szechuan Pork

Total (for quart sizes of both): $17.76

The service was fine. Friendlier than most Chinese places. When we showed up early, the woman at the counter asked the cooks to make our food next instead of going through the line of orders and making us wait our turn.

The food was hot, portions for the price were acceptable.

The fried rice here is better than most of the places we've seen in the area. It actually seemed like fried rice, instead of just some yellow steamed rice with a few veggies tossed in. Not as good as Beijing Kitchen -- currently the best Chinese takeout we've found in the area -- but probably second place.

The szechuan pork came with a good ratio of meat and veggies. It was a little one-note, however. I would have liked a little bite, or tang, or sweetness to offset the dominant flavor of the sauce.

Note: The szechuan pork is a little spicy. Most places will say their sugary General Tso's is spicy, but it isn't. When this place indicates that their szechuan pork is spicy, believe them. It's not overwhelming, but certainly for those who do not like spicy food, DO NOT BUY THE SZECHUAN PORK.

I've included photos of the menu showing up-to-day pricing for our visit on August 2, 2019.

SUMMARY: Overall, it's perfectly acceptable for Chinese takeout. Our gold standard in the area remains Beijing Kitchen, but I think they're a little more expensive, and depending where you live, more of a drive. If that matters to you, then Chopstick House is an acceptable alternative.

Service was good. Time waiting was appropriate. Food had a good appearance. Chicken was very good nice addition of the broccoli. Rice seemed to have a little bit of a burnt taste, maybe the oil the rice was fried with. Still very edible and enjoyed the food.

This restaurant came as a surprise.  I was in Wyoming with a friend and we decided to get Chinese.  We googled "Chinese restaurants near me" and came up with the Chopstick House.  It was a wonderful surprise because I had never heard of the place.  I had sesame chicken and of course, crab rangoon (you gotta have crab rangoon). The food was fresh and hot. It wasn't too sweet or too breaded. I look forward to trying some of my other favorites there.

A small hole in the wall Chinese place with 6-7 tables inside. Very clean.

I ordered the General Tso Chicken and Crab Rangoons. The General Tso was good but there are much better in the area. Family Wok's is Much better, Great Lakes is better, and Golden 28 is better or worse depending on who is cooking. The Crab Rangoons were Excellent and on par with Great Lakes and better than the rest.

The service was excellent and price was fair.

Overall a 4 star experience. Would I be back? Maybe, if others wanted to go then sure. Otherwise I'm sticking with Family Wok and Great Lakes.
